On 21st September, 2022 students of Kindergarten and Primary, all dressed in white clothes honoring peace and purity, formed the human Dove symbol on the turf. The human formation of a Dove representing peace, came to life with the presence of our spirited students as they stood together in congruence and a perfect concord.
The morning circle time saw them going abuzz as they reflected on ‘what is peace to them’. It was thrilling to see them internalizing their own thoughts to state their notion of peace. A few of them thoughtfully answered- peace is ‘the kindness’ we give to others.
The dove, bird of peace, adorned the corridors of the primary section and one of the display boards, made every passerby think, “What can you do to promote peace”?
Peace can mean different things to different people, but one thing is common….everyone wants peace.
