Mini Nair

Ms. Mini Nair’s career spans 26 years, with 19 years at GEMS Education. Her educational journey has seen her holding the position of House teacher, Round Square representative, Head of the Department of Science, CBSE-I coordinator, Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor of the Senior School and Head of Assessment and Data. A postgraduate in Physics from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, she secured her degree in Education from the Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer. She is a passionate and dedicated Physics teacher, who inspires her students to think critically and raise questions that challenge the status quo. As an educator, she was keen to understand change management in schools. She undertook action research at TMS leading her to receiving a distinction in her dissertation and securing a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.

In her current role as the Vice Principal, Mini will assist the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team of the school  in all aspects of school improvement, school evaluation, planning policies and procedures.
