Rinku Paul

Ms. Rinku Paul joins the senior leadership team in the capacity of the Head of Middle School and she brings with her a rich and varied experience in both CBSE and IB curricula.

Ms. Paul joins TMS after an illustrious career in educational leadership at the Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram where she was the Head of Middle School. Prior to that she was the Deputy Head of Middle and Senior Schools at Shiv Nadar School and was responsible for coordinating all the curricular programmes and line managing the humanities pathways, including English, Social science, PE, Third language. During her career of 19 years, she has taught English to Grades 6-12, and worked at institutions such as the Delhi Public School, Delhi and Sanskriti School, Delhi.

Ms. Paul has constantly upskilled her Educational Leadership profile with trainings such as Future Leadership Programme, IB training, Thinking Schools Programme. She is currently pursuing her Professional Development Qualification in Teaching and Learning from Cambridge International Education.  She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education from Delhi University specializing in Language Education and Educational Technology. She has a Bachelors in Commerce and she is currently pursuing an MA in English. A lifelong learner, she loves to read, listen to music, do yoga and travel.
